350 Pigeons Found Flying Free Inside New York Home
NEW YORK (KDKA) -- Officials in New York say hundreds of pigeons have been found living inside a home.
According to CBS New York, the birds were not caged and were able to fly freely throughout the Long Island home.
Nassau County SPCA spokesman Gary Rogers reportedly said the home belongs to a pigeon collector whose collection got a little out of hand.

As one might expect, the place was absolutely filthy. Officials said the feces inside the house was two feet thick and one SPCA officer fell through a rotted floor. He had to be taken to the hospital with cuts and bruises.
The pigeons are being removed from the house and the owner also has been taken to the hospital.
