Open Casting Call In Pittsburgh For Star-Studded Disney Movie

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Heads up Pittsburgh! An upcoming Disney film is holding a casting event in Pittsburgh.

Producers of “A Wrinkle In Time,” starring Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon, are searching for “a 5-8 year old mixed race boy to play the role of Charles Wallace.”

The event will be held Sunday, Oct. 9, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The auditions are by appointment only. Anyone interested should send an email to angela@angelaboehmcasting.com.

Include the child’s name and “Disney audition” in the subject line, child’s name in the body of the email, child’s age, city of residence, a couple recent pictures and parent’s names and phone numbers.
