Report: New Castle Officer Says Masked Clowns Darted In Front Of Car

NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — An off-duty police officer in New Castle was surprised by some clowns this week.

The New Castle News reports that it happened around 8:15 p.m. Thursday on East Washington Street.

The officer was driving when two males wearing clown masks ran in front of his car, forcing him to swerve to avoid a collision.

The clowns then ran behind a building.

Several other residents also reported seeing the masked men.
