Police: Fugitive Rapist Told Woman She Was 'Playing With His Emotions'

WHITAKER, Pa. (KDKA/AP) - Allegheny County police say they're looking for a man who abducted a woman he knew at gunpoint then raped her and forced her to drive him around the Pittsburgh suburbs.

Police say 26-year-old George Cicero Holiday is armed and should be considered dangerous. They've charged him with rape, kidnapping and several related charges stemming from an incident that began about 10 p.m. Sunday.

Around 10:30 Monday night, police were called to a Gulf gas station on River Road in Whitaker, where a woman told them that Holiday had forced his way into her girlfriend's car at gunpoint, and got into the back seat.

The witness said she managed to get out of the car but, her friend and Holiday sped off, after he grabbed the woman by the shirt, pointed a gun at her, and jumped into the front seat.

According to the witness, her friend had a relationship with Holiday, but it recently ended.

Earlier yesterday, Holiday and his former girlfriend were at Monview Heights, where they argued over money, and plans for the day.

When the victim said she refused to have sex with Holiday, he became angry and aggressive.

Court papers quote her as telling investigators that Holiday said she "was playing with his emotions, and if she broke his heart, he would kill her."

The victim said Holiday made several threats including: "You think I'm playing with you" and "Don't think I won't do something in front of security."

The victim drove back to the Whitaker gas station, but only after she was forced to have sex with Holiday, for fear he would hurt or kill her.

Before returning to the gas station, she said she drove Holiday to Braddock where she dropped him off.

Holiday is described as a 26-year-old black male, 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighing about 185 pounds from the City of Duquesne, although he was last seen in Braddock.
