New Ripley's Believe It Or Not Book Includes Stories From Pittsburgh Area

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A new Ripley's Believe It Or Not book is on sale, and a couple of the weird but true stories are from the Pittsburgh area.

One is of 82-year-old Vic Kleman.

He rode the Jack Rabbit at Kennywood for eight hours straight last May to get to 5,000 rides in his lifetime.

There's also the story of the misplaced heart.

A calf born with its heart in its neck is only the third recorded case in history. It happened at a farm in Amwell Township.

Ripley's also included Pittsburgh's reflective home.

Martin Prekop has installed thousands of mirrors on the inside and outside of his house to reflect its natural surroundings.
