Maine Man Charged After Dressing As Tree, Blocking Traffic
PORTLAND, Maine (KDKA) – A man dressed as a tree caused quite a mess in Maine on Monday.
Portland police said 30-year-old Asher Woodworth blocked traffic at the intersection of Congress and High streets.
Woodworth was dressed as a pine tree and simply stood in the middle of the road.
Police said Woodworth told them his motivation was to see how people would react.
Officers charged him with "obstructing the public way."
