Student Accused Of Shooting 5 On Bus With Airsoft Gun

GLASSPORT (KDKA) -- A middle school student in the South Allegheny School District is accused of shooting five others with an airsoft gun.

It allegedly happened on a school bus headed from Glassport around 7:40 a.m. Monday.

The students who were struck were treated by a nurse and able to attend school that day.

The unidentified male student was given over to the school police who are investigating the situation. The parents of all students involved received a personal phone call from the administrators.

It is not clear if the student will face suspension.
