Witnesses: Man Sets Himself On Fire Over Election Results

AKRON, Ohio (KDKA) – A man dressed in a Marine uniform was apparently so upset about election results, he set himself on fire in Ohio.

WOIO reports the 69-year-old man walked into Angel Falls Coffee in Akron over the weekend.

Witnesses say the man was dressed in a Marine Corps uniform and started yelling about recent protests over election results.

He then reportedly left the coffee shop, grabbed a can of gas from his car, doused himself in it, and set himself on fire.

Witnesses from a nearby business ran out and helped extinguish the flames.

The man was reportedly taken to the burn unit, there's no word on his condition.
