One Injured After Crashing Into Homestead Church

HOMESTEAD (KDKA) -- A driver was injured after crashing into a Homestead church Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened on East 10th Avenue around 4:30 p.m.

The driver went off the road and hit a short wall by the steps of the New Covenant Community Church.

The driver was then sent to Mercy Hospital in an unknown condition.

It is unclear what caused the driver to veer off the road.
