Major Gas Leak Reported In Oakland
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Crews worked to repair a major gas leak in Oakland on Friday.
Emergency dispatchers confirmed the leak of a high pressure line at the intersection of Darragh Street and Terrace Street around 8:30 a.m.
Officials believe a construction crew struck the gas line.
Intersections in the area behind Montifiore Hospital were closed off.
There were no injuries or evacuations reported.
The leak was shut off by 10 a.m.
