ROSS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — People began lining up Thursday evening in order to get their hands on the new Nintendo Switch video game console.

At the Best Buy in the North Hills, the line stretched from the doors to all the way along the building.

The system finally went on sale at 12:01 a.m. Friday.

The new device was designed for gamers who like to play both at home and on the road.
