Fisherman Spots Body In Allegheny River, Police Investigating

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a body was found in the Allegheny River early Friday morning.
According to police, a fisherman spotted the body near the Veterans Bridge around 7 a.m.
The Allegheny County medical examiner's office has identified the victim as 51-year-old David Higgins, of Etna.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
