Public Can Vote On 2018-19 Calendar For Pittsburgh Public Schools

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) --- For the first time, parents, students and staff in the Pittsburgh Public Schools will have a say on their calendar for the school year.

Superintendent Anthony Hamlet is requesting the broader school community provide feedback on the 2018-2019 school calendar.

One of the proposals would end classes on June 11, giving students two extra vacation days. The second would end classes on June 7.
