Why is it so hard to get some of these Agencies in Allegheny county to actually help you when you are being railroaded out of your apartment, by your landlord, and the housing authority conveneniently withdraws your voucher at the same time, why can none of these agencies actually help you, instead of just passing the buck, especially if I am disabled, no one really helps us, can you help me in some way?
