Andrew Fillipponi
Nights 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Andrew Fillipponi joined Sports radio 93.7 the Fan when the station launched in February of 2010. He’s currently the station’s evenings host and Pitt Panthers post-game host.
Prior to coming to Pittsburgh, Andrew talked sports in Buffalo. Some of his favorite moments there include working Jim Kelly’s Hunter’s Hope Radiothon and selecting George Washington with the third pick in the station’s President’s Draft. In addition to hosting shows and doing sports updates, he did fill-in baseball play-by-play for the Buffalo Bisons of the International League.
A native of New York State, Andrew’s broadcasting career began at Syracuse University. In 2009, he hosted SU football and basketball post-game.
