Troy Clardy has been with Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan since its launch in February 2010, hosting his own shows on weekends and serving as executive producer.
Clardy also hosts pregame and postgame television shows for Pitt football and men’s basketball, and was the radio play-by-play voice of the Pittsburgh Power of the Arena Football League for the 2011 season.
Before coming to Pittsburgh, Clardy worked for four years at the ESPN Radio Network, and eight years as a producer, reporter, and host at KNBR radio in San Francisco. He hosted Stanford football and men’s basketball pregame, postgame, and coaches shows from 1999 to 2004.
An Oklahoma City native and a Stanford graduate, Clardy is still somewhat shocked that he has been on planes to go watch his Cardinal play in BCS bowl games for the past three years.
