St. Vincent College in Latrobe is the home of Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. This empty field will once again be overtaken by the team as training camp kicks off on July 28, 2011!

Just after word came down that the lockout had been lifted, crews at St. Vincent began prepping the field.

Rick Laskie is the executive chef at St. Vincent College. He has been feeding the Steelers for more than a decade. He is in charge of cooking and preparing all of the food for the team.

According to Laskie, the staff prepares about 1,800 pounds of beef, 1,600 pounds of fish and 800 pounds of fruit and vegetables.
