An estimated 15,000 people participated in the 35th running of the Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012. Participants ran through some rain drops, but the dreary weather didn’t dampen any spirits as more than 10,000 pounded the pavement in the 10K and more than 4,900 took part in the 5K portion.
