Kathie Tomajko was a bus driver for over 30 years. However, because of the new Act 24 law in Pennsylvania Kathie lost her job because of a DUI back in 1979 when she was 19.
A local woman says because of a new Pennsylvania law, she was fired for something she did 30 years ago. The law requires anyone who works with children – and has been convicted of any felonies – to be fired.
