A three-year criminal case involving an assault weapon ended on Tuesday with the defendant being convicted of first-degree murder with regard to the first victim and second-degree murder with regard to the second victim, a Penn Hills police officer.
After hours of deliberation, a jury has found Ronald Robinson guilty of first degree murder for killing Danyal Morton, and guilty of second degree murder for killing Penn Hills police officer Michael Crawshaw.
Police have arrested a man who they say shot up a car with an AK-47.
