A local pastor took control of a Megabus on the Pennsylvania Turnpike after the driver became ill Monday evening. James Grantz is a pastor at the City Reach Church on the North Side, but he’s also driven semi-trucks and buses.
A passenger’s quick actions helped prevent disaster from happening after a MegaBus driver became incapacitated behind the wheel.
Traffic was backed up after two tractor-trailers crashed into each other on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The accident happened at mile marker 144.5 westbound near the Bedford Interchange.
