A preliminary hearing was set for six suspended football players from a state-owned university in western Pennsylvania charged with beating and stomping a man outside an off-campus restaurant, then yelling “Football strong!” as they drove away.
Corey Ford, a California University of Pennsylvania football player, had a bond hearing Friday afternoon in connection with the assault of a West Chester man.
At the hearing Friday morning, the judge decided to reduce Adam Skweres’ bond. He is facing charges of official oppression, criminal coercion, bribery and indecent assault.
