Roadwork Set For Parkway East, Route 28
Just because winter is here, doesn’t mean drivers won’t have to dodge those dreaded orange barrels. Thanks to warmer than average temperatures and a lack of snow, construction season isn’t slowing down just yet. In fact, crews will be busy with several big projects this week.
PennDOT: Theft Delays Boston Bridge Construction Work
Officials with PennDOT say completion on the Route 48 Boston Bridge rehabilitation project has been delayed because of a recent theft.
Boston Bridge Reopens To Traffic
Just a few months ago, it was considered one of the most run-down, worn out bridges in our area. On Monday, about 18,000 drivers are getting their first chance to drive on the newly rebuilt Boston Bridge.
Boston Bridge Work Starts Tuesday
PennDOT has closed the Route 48 Boston Bridge that links Versailles Borough and Elizabeth Township.
