Prosecutors will not seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing his partner in the back of an armored truck and taking millions of dollars.

The man accused in the shooting death of his partner and the theft of more than $2 million from an armored truck appeared in federal court this afternoon.
Sources close to the Ken Konias armored heist investigation say the suspected killer is back in Pittsburgh. Konias, 22, is scheduled to appear in federal court downtown Thursday afternoon.
