Citiparks Starts New Season For Roving Art Cart
Allegheny Commons on the North Side was the first of 32 Pittsburgh destinations for Citiparks’ 39th annual Roving Art Cart. Kids painted, molded clay sculptures and made fanciful puppets of papier mache under tents set up by volunteers.
