Rainy conditions and cooler temperatures have moved into the Pittsburgh area, and the temperature is expected to drop below freezing overnight.
Cool temperatures, gusty winds and a sprinkle or two will make for a blustery Thursday across the Pittsburgh area. KDKA meteorologist Dennis Bowman says southwest winds will gust at 15 to 35 miles per hour at times.
