After several reports of strong odors of gas in a Washington County clinic, the odor has now been identified. A test at the Smith Township Plaza shows a brief spike in a chemical often used as a solvent.

The Cornerstone Care Clinic in Burgettstown has been shuttered now for two weeks since the last of incident involving powerful odors sent employees to the exits for the final time.
