A Pennsylvania state trooper has sued the Pittsburgh Police, saying they arrested him on false charges and used excessive force – including a kick to the groin – to arrest him when he tried to calm down a rowdy groomsman following a brawl after his brother’s wedding.
They held hands walking into Municipal Court.
