2 Water Main Breaks Flood Beaver Co. Woman’s Basement

A Beaver County woman says she has nowhere to turn after her house flooded twice in one day. Colleen White’s neighbor called her at work to tell her about her yard being flooded. When she got home, the water was not only in her yard, but in her basement as well.
