The FAA is investigating after US Airways Flight 1702, which was headed from chilly Philadelphia to the warm weather of Fort Lauderdale, was forced to make an emergency landing just after taking off from Philadelphia International Airport.
The pilot of a small plane was forced to make an emergency landing on Route 43 in August when a piece of the propeller came off. Now the pilot says he is being charged thousands of dollars to pay the cost of those who responded to the incident.
