The results of an autopsy on the body of a 17-month-old who was found unresponsive in his Indiana County home were released Tuesday morning.
The child was found unresponsive in unit 11 on Hemlock Way in Saltsburg, Indiana County. The boy was pronounced dead at Latrobe Hospital after he was found not breathing by his mother.
There were no reports of injuries or damage in Westmoreland County, but people were shaken up by the quake. Inside the Westmoreland County Courthouse, workers on the third floor didn’t know what was going on.
A computer stolen from a hospital may have put the identities of patients at risk. Officials with Excela Health say they sent a letter to patients who visited its Jeannette campus to let them know that a computer had been stolen from radiology.
Excela Health says 141-patients who received stents in 2010 didn’t medically need them. The announcement comes after a self-initiated internal review conducted at the Westmoreland County hospital.
