Penn Hills Police Chief Howard Burton said Monday the chase of that stolen Jeep on the Parkway East in Churchill late Sunday only lasted about a minute. Burton said his officers terminated the chase quickly because the driver of the Jeep Cherokee was speeding and driving erratically.
