Parents Charged After Toddler Nearly Drowns In New Castle
Two parents are facing charges after their 1-year-old daughter nearly drowned on the Fourth of July. It happened at 102 South Liberty Street in New Castle, Lawrence County just before 6:30 p.m. Karissa Domenick was on a raft in a pool when it flipped over.
