Dozens of Leap Day babies entered the world on Feb. 29th on a busy day at Magee-Womens Hospital. But will they only have birthdays every four years?
Magic and a little imagination are a powerful combination. That’s what Walt Disney wants kids to believe. On Wednesday, skaters from the “Disney On Ice” program jumped right in to put on a special program focusing on Leap Year.

Tomorrow is Feb. 29, which is a date that only occurs every four years. This year, some retailers are offering some special deals to mark this special day.
