Mayors Against Illegal Guns
The city of Aliquippa is taking a stand against gun violence and they’re starting with legislators who make the laws to the people in the community.
Local representatives of Mayors Against Illegal Guns tried to deliver petitions to U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey’s Pittsburgh office Friday morning, but it turned out to be more difficult than expected.
City Controller Michael Lamb officially ended his mayoral campaign and has endorsed former Pa. Auditor General Jack Wagner for the position.
Pittsburgh mayoral candidates are calling on Congress to end gun violence. It is part of today’s “National Day to Demand Action.”
