With more and more people making the commitment to a gluten-free lifestyle, the number of restaurants that cater to or accommodate those with this special dietary need is on the rise. We recently sat down to dinner (gluten-free of course) with Jami Broom, the author of the Pittsburgh-based Gluten-Free Diet Blog, and picked her brain on what she thinks are the most “gluten-free friendly” spots in the ‘Burgh.
Even though you can fly directly from Pittsburgh to Paris, you don’t necessarily have to leave the ‘Burgh to get a taste of “The City of Light.” Whether it’s quaint cafe’s, authentic Parisian food or flaky croissants, Pittsburgh has what you need to satisfy your craving for French culture.
