A man accused of murdering his estranged wife’s father, during a drunken rampage has been found guilty.
Prosecutors in Indiana County spent the morning wrapping up their case against Shaun Fairman.
A trial is now underway in Indiana County for the man accused in the fatal shooting of his estranged father-in-law last summer.
Shaun Fairman is now headed to trial for the murder of his estranged wife’s father. A magistrate on Friday determined that there was enough evidence to move forward with the case.
State police say 40-year-old Lewis Beatty is responsible for the death of his wife, 32-year-old Christine Beatty, as well as his daughters – 11-year-old Amanda Beatty and 6-year-old Sara Beatty.
