A man seen falling down in an online video after a Pittsburgh officer put a stun gun to his neck had been ordered to stand trial on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass in the incident.
Police increased their presence on Pittsburgh’s South Side Friday night as part of the city’s plan to cut down on petty crime and chaos in a neighborhood that’s known for late-night partying.
A state trooper was in court Tuesday facing charges in connection with a heated argument at a Westmoreland County gas station.
