Senator Daylin Leach
A bi-partisan bill to legalize marijuana when prescribed by a doctor has been introduced by Republican PA Sen. Mike Folmer of Lebanon County and Democratic PA Sen. Daylin Leach of Montgomery County.
“Every day that these kids aren’t getting the medicine they need is a day of their life they’ll never get back,” Sen. Daylin Leach discussing legalizing medical marijuana in PA.
Two state senators, one a Republican and the other a Democrat, are planning to introduce a bill to legalize a certain form of marijuana for medicinal use in Pennsylvania.
Every year Americans use more than 100 billion plastic bags.
A new bill introduced by State Sen. Daylin Leach could impose a two cent tax on each new plastic bag used by grocery shoppers statewide.
While marijuana is still against federal law, states are moving in the opposite direction.
Add Pennsylvania to the list of states where residents could be allowed to possess and smoke marijuana legally.
