The man found guilty in the death of a West Virginia sheriff’s sergeant was back in court Tuesday.
A jury has convicted the man Jerod A. Green, 36, of Morgantown, W.Va., who was involved in police chase that ended in a crash that claimed the life of Sgt. Michael Todd May last February.
Family, friends and the law enforcement community said a final goodbye Friday to the Monongalia County sheriff’s deputy who was killed last weekend in the line of duty.
