"Waking The Sleeping Giant," A Landmark Change In World War IIFriday June 6 marks the 70th Anniversary of D-Day, the day the Allies stormed the beaches of Normandy to eventually defeat Hitler and the Nazi's. Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower addressed the 160,000 troops that this operation is a crusade where "we will not accept anything less than a full victory."
