A coal miner was charged Thursday with risking a catastrophe and the lives of his co-workers by smoking a cigarette inside a mine.
State Police have filed new charges in a fatal shooting in Greene County and one of the victims is now a suspect. Lana Roe, 40, was allegedly shot by her husband, 32-year-old Jason Roe, in a cabin off Strawn Hill Road in the village of Spraggs in Wayne Township on August 14.
There are more questions than answers after the discovery of a body in a cabin in Greene County. State police and the Greene County Coroner were called to the village of Spraggs in Wayne Township, about nine miles from Waynesburg.
