It was Pittsburgh police officers from Zone 5 who found a missing 5-month-old and her mother overnight, but authorities are crediting members of the Homewood community for helping them find the missing pair.
The judge who will hear the federal lawsuit filed by Jordan Miles against three Pittsburgh Police officers made some rulings about what the jury will be told. Some of the judge’s decisions favored the plaintiff and others favored the defendant officers.
District Attorney Stephen Zappala announced that he will not bring charges against three Pittsburgh Police officers accused of beating Jordan Miles.
Pittsburgh City Council approved a settlement for a Pittsburgh teenager who claims he was beaten by three police officers in 2010.
A total of $75,000 is what is now on the table to absolve only the City of Pittsburgh from a civil lawsuit filed by Jordan Miles.
