A local man remains in jail and is facing charges after state police in Butler County say they found “an active methamphetamine lab inside of a van.” Police say 31-year-old Justin Stackhouse is accused of converting the van parked on Cherry Valley Road in Saxonburg into a fully functional meth lab.
