Irwin Toddler Hospitalized After Beating By Mother’s Boyfriend
When Irwin police responded to a domestic call at the Village of Easton apartment complex Sunday night, they didn’t expect the victim to be a 3-year-old girl. Irwin Police Chief Joe Pocsatko told KDKA’s Kym Gable the mother’s boyfriend, 22-year-old Marvin Jackson Stewart, beat the toddler with his leather belt.
