At the top of many New Year’s resolutions is the dreaded “D” word – diet. Consumer Reports’ just-released survey of 9,000 subscribers rates more than a dozen of the most popular diets to see which ones are most successful.
The “Hormone Diet” is getting a stamp of approval in Pittsburgh. KDKA-TV asked two people to try the popular diet for six weeks and both lost weight on the program. It’s based on the best-selling book “The Hormone Diet,” by naturopathic doctor Natasha Turner.
