The attorney for a 17-year-old boy charged in a stabbing rampage at Franklin Regional High School says the boy is responding well to mental health treatment and that they remain hopeful his criminal charges will be moved to juvenile court.

Community Reacts To Charges Against 3 Monessen Football Players

The Monessen High School football team went to McKeesport where they played Serra Catholic without three of their key players. The unidentified players, ages 15, 16 and 17, were arrested Thursday night after practice when their coaches called police after finding marijuana, heroin and two guns in their lockers.
