State Constable Questioned, But Released After Fatal Homewood Shooting

William Jackson, Jr., a Pa. state constable, was taken into custody late Wednesday afternoon by Pittsburgh Police after he shot and killed a 42-year-old man in Homewood in what police call a domestic dispute.
