Police Make Arrest In Westmoreland Co. Hit & Run

Police have made an arrest in a hit and run in Westmoreland County in which the driver hit a man in a wheelchair. The victim remains in critical condition at Mercy Hospital; KDKA's Lynne Hayes-Freeland reports.
