Unity Twp. Woman Makes Plea To Save Kennel Dogs
Seventy-eight dogs living on one acre of land in Westmoreland County, next to homes, has neighbors fed up, and now the owner of the rescue asking for help. The state is now stepping in, and in 10 days, more than 50 of the dogs may have to be put down if they're not adopted; KDKA's Christine D'Antonio reports.
